REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Let’s Get L.I.T. for your educational and literacy needs. We are committed to ensuring that our products and services meet the high standards our community expects. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

Digital Learning Materials

Please note that all sales of digital learning materials (including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable PDFs, and access to online courses) are final and non-refundable once purchased. Because these are digital copies, it is not possible to "return" them. Therefore, we encourage our users to carefully review the material descriptions and system requirements before making a purchase.

Non-Digital Products and Events

For non-digital products or event registrations, the following conditions apply for refunds:

Non-Digital Products:

  1. Refunds: Refunds for non-digital products are only possible if the product is faulty or not as described. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.

  2. Exchange: If a product is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to qualify for an exchange.

Events:

  1. Cancellation by Participant: If you are registered for an event and cannot attend, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the event's scheduled start time to receive a credit for a future event. No refunds will be issued.

  2. Cancellation by Let’s Get L.I.T.: In the rare case that an event is canceled or postponed by Let’s Get L.I.T., registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer registration to a rescheduled date or alternative event.

Process for Requesting a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us using the details below. Provide your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for the request. Our team will assess the request and respond within 7 business days.
